Swim measures miles (not yards) after update

After the most recent update of the app, my swim activity monitor only measures swims in terms of miles. No one measures their swims in miles, only yards or meters. 

This was a screw up. Is there any way to fix it?

you are right, that's a shame. 
Here in Europe that's now in kilometers instead of meters. 

And dont try to set 0.8Km (800 meters) manually into the app, at it will be saved as 800km !!!  The apps show me an 800Km into only 30 minutes activity... I'm ready for Olympic Games... 😞
