Swim stats are getting duplicated in the app.

I am swimming lengths in a pool. On my watch it gives me the time and lengths... some lengths are missed, but I can see why (swimming around and not pausing). My problem is looking on the app... it keeps doubling / tripling up in the stats so not sure which ones are right. 

 

Eg I'm pretty sure I swam between 1100 - 1200m in a 25m pool this morning. It recorded the time as 27 minutes and 1050m, which is close enough, so regardless that should be 42 lengths. But on my app it says Swim Cues 1-21, 1-21, 1-21 which is 63! so where  is the additional 21 coming from?!?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go to the Activities Section of the online Dashboard and check if your swimming activities are showing up correctly here. If they are, please try the following in the Fitbit app:

 

  • Force-quit the app, then open it again. If this doesn't work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
