Swimming Versa Problem

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Versa stopped working after swim. Recorded lengths swam ok but I couldn't stop the minutes or exit the screen, no matter what button I pressed. What should I do? Is this a fault others have experienced? I will give the fitbit versa one last chance and request a replacement today.

Did you try restarting it several times? If that doesnt work then Support is probably your best option (link in my signature )

I have had my Versa for a few weeks and for the first time today, played in the pool with my toddler for maybe 20 mins -- now my Versa is completely black. The screen is completely black, tried everything. I thought it was supposed to be 'swimproof'.

Used my Versa swimming for the first time today. I had the same problem...couldn't stop the minutes or exit the screen. Finally got it to stop 4 minutes after I finished my swim.

My screen isn't as responsive after my daily swim, but I now press the button closest to my screen choice (bottom for pause/stop and top for end flag) When the screen asks if I want to end,  I  try both the screen and the bottom button.  Usually I can get it stopped before I get out of the pool.
