My Swim on my versa 3 not working whilst swimming

Hi there, @Skyegirl1. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details? Is it not activating automatically? Have you tried restarting your Versa 3? 

Water lock turns on automatically when you start a swim in the Exercise app. Try a double tap of the button to turn off water lock. For more information, see Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device?

Yes tried all that... It started not working 2 days ago now... I swim daily
and totally rely on this..
