Swiping the face. after swimming it won't respond to swiping off of exercise to clock.

After swimming cannot get it off of the swim tracking back to clock.  Does not respond to swiping or clicking the buttons to come off of exercise.  Have quit the Fitbit app and reloaded, no change.

Have you tried restarting it by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo)?
