I've been having the exact same problems as a few others. The sync does not work throughout the day, my Versa loses wifi connection when I haven't even left the house!!! The app will not sync with my Versa even when I try manually. I have to restart my phone AND my Versa time and time again in order to get them to sync and the same goes for getting my Versa back on wifi.
This is very disappointing. I have the Blaze and upgraded to the Versa. I have removed my Versa and reconnected with my Blaze. I have NEVER had one single problem with Blaze doing all day syncs with the app, but every day, several times a day I find an issue with the sync and wifi between the Versa and the app.
I'm thinking the app is not ready for Versa!
Has anyone else had these kinds of issues with their Versa and made it past? I am running the most current Firmware too...

Just got mine yesterday for my birthday and after fully setting it up ir connects well. Today being the 1st full day to use it I I had several times where it can't find the watch. I also have all day sync turning on and as I'm looking at the app at 11:20 pm at night it's telling me the last time it synced was at 5PM. I hit the manually sync and just spins and then red circle exclamation. Will do a factory reset and see if that works, if not going back to Fibit and I'll stick with my Samsung gear s3.

I am having same problem. My wife was excited with her new Versa but after 12 hours or so it won’t sync. Everything is up to date and have researched this problem thoroughly. Only thing that works is a full reset and that is only temporary. Acording to the settings menu under “about” the Versa loses wifi. Very disappointing... Again everything is up to date and the app is on an iPhone 6+. I see many other posts with this issue.
