Sync issue and factory setting issue

My versa stopped sync with fitbit app so i have selected the factory setting. Now my versa is not responding at all. The message which it is flashing is " Data not cleared, sync and try again ". Guys pl help me.

You will need to go into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpair the Versa from there, then back into the fitbit app and remove the device from your account. Now try the set up again.
