Sync issue between versa with Huwaei p20lite

Hello, i had just purchased a fitbit versa yesterday,i install the app and set up the watch, it had been sync with the phone. Then suddenly it stop syncing.

I tried all the troubleshooting steps but doesn't work. I had deleted the watch and set up it again  i had some difficulties to add it again but i succeeded at the end but again it is sync when it setup the watch and after this don't want to synchronize  I see that this a general probelem could you please advise

Unfortunately your phone is not on the Supported Devices List. All you can do is work through the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems. I hope you find something that works for you.

Thanks for your support , so if i well understood , my only solution for taking benefit from the watch is to buy a new phone compatible with the watch or sell the watch itself
