Sync issue with Huawei P10 Mate Lite

Today I have received my new Fitbit Versa. First time connecting to it wasn't an issue at all, I directly received the code from the Versa and installed the new firmware. After that it was fine. Once the huawei p10 got far away from it, it disconnected of course. As I tried to reconnect, it had really bad issues attempting to sync. It took multiple tries to sync it. It only worked once again, after that I had to factory reset the Versa. Then I tried at least 30 times and then it managed to connect again. For a smartwatch that costs around 200$, you shouldn't have to do this just to manage to connect to it. I know that the Versa is still in progress but what I think is bad is that the Huawei P9 is still not compatible and it has been out for over a year. I really expect the Huawei P10 pro and lite to have the compatibility to easily connect without an issue. The software is fine but what needs to be really worked on as I said is the compatibility for every phone. Please work on the compatibility for all phones cause it's a bad feeling when you have just paid 200$ for something that doesn't work properly. Thank you for reading and hopefully you can fix this soon!

They may not be able to fix this. There seems to be a problem in the way that Huawei have implemented bluetooth on their "lite" phones. Fitbit say:

"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent Huawei Lite models, including P8, P9, and P20 Lite, from syncing with some devices, like Fitbit devices, our products are not compatible with these mobile phones."

Hi,

I have the same problem with my fitbit charge 3 and huawei mate 10 lite...I need to try for 30 minutes at least, I think that for a watch so expensive we could have a few memory inside, because data are deleted at midnight, if you don't remember to do the sync, you loose every improvement....😔in this case I have used this one since 2018, if I do the sync in hours far from midnight it is not so slowly, but if it is almost 12 p.m. I don't know why the system becomes very very slow...
