I had the fitbit as a gift for easter 2019, and up until Christmas it seemed ok, but then kept losing sync, I re-set on the watch on a few occasions which seemed to work but not for very long.
It then would not connect to my phone had all and had to do a total restart which did work up until the end of January, but is now no longer works, and as I use it alot for the gym i am not getting any true readings which is really disappointing on how much they are and all.
Are there any easy ways to resolve this issue, i would appreciate the help.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.
Please check out if your cellphone is part of the list of supported devices. If it is not, you might still be able to sync and receive notifications but we won't be able to guarantee that everything will be working as intended.
In any case, if you haven't done it already, please follow our troubleshooting steps on this article to resolve syncing issues.
Whether none of this helps, please let me know if you are having difficulties to sync only your heart rate and your sleep? Can you see all your data on your watch?
