The verse is very frustrating. I have been a Fitbit fan since it began. I would not recommend the Versa. Inconsistent syncing....Has to be a certain WiFi situation...have to constantly reset.....had a 17000 step day that registered on watch but never synced..... I would not recommend the versa. I tried to rate it on amazon and it would not let me. I have never rated anything and it said I couldn’t. DO NOT GET THE VERSA! My husband warned me that Fitbit was not up on technology and I didn’t listen. Sure wish I had as i bought one for my daughter and myself. Other family members have apple. Apparently that’s the way to go.

Mine is doing the same thing. Its like it has a mind of its own and only syncs when it feels like it! Not happy with mine either and Im lucky to get 2 days on a charge.... my charge2 i could go days
