This has just started to happen
Syncing gives the 'cancel or restart' error.
Ive reset versa, switched Bluetooth off and on.
Unpaired and set up again A big tick and 'found' is displayed, then the same cancel/switch off bluetooth appears
Im on Google Pixel2

I am having the same issue for the last few days. Sometimes it is synced other times not, when I try to sync it doesn't, turned on / off bluetooth, phone, unpaired repaired.. not sure if it is my phone or the versa. I have an LGstylo 4.

Hello @Smurfggm and @samnickmike have you tried the standard troubleshooting hints that others have discovered.
Remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth?
Checked for a Fitbit app update?
Cleared the cache for the Fitbit app, or clear all the phones cache?
Restarted the tracker and the phone?
It sometimes is better to completely shut down the phone and tracker if it is a hardware and not software lockup.
As for removing the tracker from a users account, when the tracker is not talking to the Fitbit app, this will only add problems, and not fix anything.
@Smurfggm you have the title of sync problems but it sounds like you might be having setup problems.
@samnickmike I'm not sure what type of issue your having, but it would have been better to start your own thread.
