For the first time I cannot get my fitbit to sync with my phone. I have restarted ohone, reinstalled fitbit app, reinstalled bluetooth. What else can I try?

Try restarting the fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
Another thing that has worked for me before is to "forget" any link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings.

I have been in the same situation for the last 3 days. Android 8 Sony Xperia X.
I have :
Reset my Versa - no joy.
Restarted Bluetooth on phone - no joy.
Let the phone "forget" the Bluetooth connection to my Versa - no joy.
Deleted all data and cache from the App - no joy.
Completely deleted the app, restarted my phone and re-installed the App - no joy.
In desperation I installed the app on an old ipod touch (IOS 9.3.5) and it worked so that proves to me that the Bluetooth on the Versa is still working!
Still no joy with my Android phone though.
I am sick of having to keep restarting and tinkering with the App on Android. What is so difficult about getting this watch to work reliably on Bluetooth? I have wasted so much time in the period that I have owned this watch trying to get it to connect. Extremely frustrating.
And don't even ask me to enable the WiFi on the watch as it has NEVER worked.
I did - foolishly - install an update to the Fitbit app a week ago...

@PinkyRabbit I note that the Xperia X isn't on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so there may be an issue that can't be solved. However, if it has worked before you would have thought it could work again.
You seem to have tried all the usual things in the troubleshooting guide ( Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? ) and I would normally suggest contacting customer support at this stage ( contact.fitbit.com ) and while that's still worth doing, it may be an issue with it not being on the supported list.

Robin, that is odd because mine also kicked back into life yesterday afternoon (Saturday).
I don't know if it's because I had managed to sync it with my ipod.
Or was it something to do with the Fitbit servers?
Because when I reinstalled the app on my phone, it asked me to log in and it took well over a minute to log in - I actually thought that it wasn't going to.
And while I appreciate that my phone isn't on the "supported devices" list - and looks like it never will be - I did have the phone before I bought the Versa so I am not going out to buy a new phone. If the marketing people had been up front in a clear way and said "check for phone compatibility" then I would not have bought the device...

If using 2 devices. Say phone and iPad. Let's make sure that we turn the Bluetooth off on the device we are not currently trying to sink through.
