Synced but text messages stopped showing

Hi. I have had the Versa since Feb and no real issues. Now text messages have stopped. I am not always near my phone and it was a helpful feature. I have checked all settings, notifications, restarted both the phone and watch and nothing changed. I know it is a limited ability watch. My husband recently got one and his steps vary wildly from mine. He gets steps when he’s sitting. I have to earn every one of mine. But back to messages...please help!!!

My texts and phone calls have stopped showing up as well.  I’ve tried everything they suggested in the help section but nothing has worked.

My versa stopped showing text messages as well. I get phone calls, but no messages. I've tried all their suggestions and nothing changes.

Same here, haven't received any text in 3 days and I've spent most of the afternoon/evening talking with support and nothing has worked. 

I'm about over Fitbit.

I have had the same thing happen with mine. I think it started after my latest Android update. No texts or phone calls come through. Calls came through for a little bit but stopped identifying who was calling. It simply said PHONE. I sure hope they fix this soon. I have tried restarting both my phone and Versa...I even reinstalled the app and nothing has helped!
