Hi, for over 2 months or so I'm having troubles synching my Versa with the Fitbit App. Sometimes it synchs, but most of the time it doesn't. It seems like the app can't connect with the watch through Bluetooth. I also can't connect to wifi. If I open the Wifi settings it keeps on 'circling' and the screen stays white. It's really annoying. I also want to do the firmware update but it keeps on saying that the bluetooth isn't working.
Does somebody have a solution for this problem? I use a Xiaomi Mi A1, currently updated to Android 9 and I have a fitbit Versa.

Hi, according to this:
"Xiaomi: Mi4 Mi3 RedMi 1s Red Mi 2 Red M", your device is not listed as compatible with Fitbit yet and thus is not supported by Fitbit. This explains your problems, unfortunately. To check that yourself, go to this page , scroll down to Android Devices, click it and scroll down to Xiaomi.
