Last weekend I bought a Versa. I used to have a Garmin vivosmart, but it broke.
Since I have de Versa it does not synchionise steps to MyFitnesspal. I reconnected the accounts several times: when I connect it synchronises. But only when I connect.
When I do an excersice, I earn calories in Fitbit. But Myfitnesspal does not get the data.
Who knows how to solve this?

@ArdV Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your data isnt' syncing with your MyFitnessPal account. Apparently there is an issue on their side. Feel free to check MFP informational page to know when this will be resolved. At this time it says that the main issue was fixed but there is a delay of several hours between syncs/updates with the two platforms. I can only ask for your patience with the MFP team.

I sent the watch back to the shop. Problems stay happening in all sorts of connections

@ArdV sorry to hear that! The MFP page does mention this issue was resolved yesterday. Still thank you for giving your Versa a chance.
