Syncing Amazon Music playlists to Versa 2.

Hello, Im UK based. I recently was given a versa 2 as a replacement for a faulty Versa Lite

It says I can transfer music via a desktop app called Fitbit connect.

Please before I drive myself crazy, How do I get my amazon music playlists onto my Versa 2 in really easy steps please!

Ive read about deezer and pandora apps but im not signing up to something else just to access something I can access easily on my phone.

I keep finding totally contradictory things. Fit bit website says I can just go on and Transfer music, my watch/phone app says I need to download the personal music app...

Im so confused..

Hello @bluebellmeadows and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but Amazon Music isn't a supported streaming service.  I'm also very sorry that you are finding contradictory information about transferring music.  Fitbit deactivated Fitbit Connect in October, so there is no way to transfer personal music.  I keep finding out of date information in Help articles, too.  I report these errors as I find them.
