Hi, to transfer music from your phone to your Versa, you will need a WiFi connection. This as established in the following way:

"Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your computer. It's best to connect your phone also to your cumputer. Go in the Fitbit app on your phone to WiFi settings and press that. You will see your network's name and right next to it the WiFi icon which is white. Press the icon and Fitbit starts connecting to your network. Once this is done, the icon turns to blue and says connected. To check if your Versa is also connected to your WiFi, go to settings, press that and scroll down to Device Info. Press that and if you see an IP address, your Versa is also connected." Now you're able to transfer music from you iPhone to your Versa. Good luck!!

Also please keep in mind, you can only transfer music files that you own or those that don’t require a license.

@ttinymays Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Thank you for contacting our forums in regards the music you would like to transfer from your iPhone to your Versa.

 

@SunsetRunner is correct, you can go ahead and connect your Versa and phone to the same WiFi network. However, the ability to transfer music directly from your phone is not available. You can go ahead and give your vote to this Feature Suggestion, which requests this feature. The more votes this idea gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.

 

You can go ahead and transfer music to your Versa from your computer as advised @SunsetRunner. Please follow the article that she shared.

 

You can go ahead and control music from your phone as well. Please find the instructions in this help article to know how to do this.
