Hi, let's start with syncing - my Versa suddenly got into a syncing loop. I remembered that had happened before and the issue was resolved by shutting off Bluetooth and WiFi and then turned back on - syncing worked.
That actually also made heart rate registering again
BUT
only one of the LED's on the back is lit/flickering! What are the other LED's for and why are they not blinking???
Lastly, the User Guide mentions a Settings icon (looks like a gear), I cannot find this on either the watch or in the Fitbit app on my phone! This also means I do not have access to the settings that the UG mentions.

@AnnaKuzm there are 2 sensors that emit light green and red, but red is hardly visible. If you're talking about Settings app on your Versa, you need to swipe right to left several screens to access it. There are two types of settings in the Fitbit mobile app. Account settings and Versa's settings. They can be accessed by tapping Versa icon or Account (v-card) icon in the Fitbit mobile app. What's your phone model and OS?
