Syncing Music Dad Driving me mental

Hello

I desperately need help, I will try to keep this brief

Mac family, parents used Apple products to listen to music, before Apple decided to shoot itself in the foot and stop making them

Everyone in the world streams music, except my parents, they don’t wany to exercise with their phones.

They purchased one pair of Apple AirPods, and a pair of Bose inner ear Bluetooth Headphones, and two Versa FitBits

My Mom’s is working fine, she downloads songs from iTunes, drags it to the watch via the app for Mac, goes for a run works fine

My Fathers on the other hand has been a pain since the beginning

Regardless of the infuriatingily laborious time and effort it takes for music to get on the watch in the first place (will this process ever become easier) and why if FitBit has a wireless dongle, can’t that be used to transfer music? I mean you can connect Bluetooth headphones to it, why can’t you transfer music via Bluetooth?

We keep having sync errors, (some songs make it, others don’t) format issues (I convert everything he has to mp3, he says it keeps starting and stopping) we have re downloaded songs again, and transferred them to the FitBit, he continues to say there are problems, and loosing connection of the headphones to the FitBit

Are their any other products we can use, via other company recommendations, or is there something wrong with the FitBit itself, or are we doing something wrong.

Because you would get old waiting for it to finish. SLOW!

Everything has to be DRM-free. So if there's even a single track that has DRM protection as often it was in case of Apple (before grand changes), then that's probably your reason.

Is he the one using Airpods? They are known not to work well with Fitbit. Get Bose.
