I have only had my Fitbit versa a couple of months so all quite new and still learning.   I can’t get strava and devices to link.  Strava app downloaded on to iPhone and iPad when try to get watch to connect just buffers and doesn’t say what problem is? All tips greatly received many thanks

@CassPip19 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that you can't link your Strava account with your Fitbit account and Versa. Try logging out from both apps, restart your phone and then log back in. After this retry linking them from the Strava app. If the issue persist please reach out to Strava's support to see if they have anything to add.

I still have this issue.  I have a couple of virtual runs coming up and want to feel strava is in a dependable state which it is not at the moment.  Over the weekend I got the versa and app to recognise each other.  Now I want to know how can I record a run directly into strava on the versa.  I don’t like having to hold my phone, so much easier to have in a back pocket.  Have tried on fitbit chat and fitbit support.  Hope you can help? Many thanks Cass x
