Hi There
Im having trouble getting my fitbit to sync properly with my phne and also to get my notifications working. I have a Xiaomi Redmi 4A and my fit bit version is 2.81
Any Help?

Indeed, this device is not on this list so it's not fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. Our team routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone meets the minimum operating system requirements.
I'd recommend giving the syncing troubleshoot a try. Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

Well I was trying to sync my watch using my laptop which wasn't working and then my Samsung Tab 4 which is on the compatibility list and still it didn't work 100%. Any how I then deleted the app on my tablet and left it and amazingly since yesterday my watch has been syncing incredibly with my phone - its so cool. Only problem I'm having now is that it wont display my activities under Strava on the watch, it tells me to record a run to display my list of activities. I have recorded 3 runs already yet no luck but I'm so happy its syncing nicely and I'm getting all my notifications :). Also another problem is I loaded music and it was displaying on my watch then all of a sudden all my music disappeared. I haven't tried loading again but I hope this will not happen again.

About the activities with Strava, can you please confirm your Fitbit account and your Strava account are connected? Please check this article to get the instructions: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
Finally, I'm sorry to hear that you can't find all the music you had load. I recommend you to restart your watch following this instructions:

Well I loaded music on my watch yesterday and I am pleased to say that it is still there 🙂 . My Strava and Fitbit are connected properly. I'm not too worried about the Strava as I can still record on my phone and keep track of my activities. It would just be a bonus if it could work. I will definitely try switching it off and on and see how that goes 🙂

About Strava, please keep in mind that the Fitbit Versa has no in-built GPS and the Connected GPS feature works with the GPS sensors in your nearby phone.
