I have long had a premium account with Lose It! I’ve read here about people having troubles with the food syncing to Fitbit, and though I have followed the directions suggested the few times I’ve seen it asked, I’ve never seen how it has been successfully solved. The simple part of making sure the correct data is being shared I’ve checked multiple times, and I find no other info offering a solution, other than one person said it was solved with a new watch.
can anyone help? Thanks!
