Been 2wks now, partners versa won't sync, despite having the app update. Keeps saying Bluetooth issues when trying to sync. Tried all usual "fixes" switching bluetooth off tried forgetting versa etc.

Hi, @Shaz79, syncing issues do come up now and again, and usually simply resolve themselves.
The best first step is always to give your Fitbit a restart and then immediately try to force a sync. Sometimes you need to repeat the restart procedure 2 or 3 times.
If that doesn't work, and you have tried the trick of turning BT of and on, forgetting the device etc. then setting up the Versa as a replacement device may do the trick. Instructions here. Please do NOT remove your Versa from your account first, as that can create more problems.
Some people have reported success by deleting the app and then re-downloading it. Deleting the app will not affect your data at all. Just take care when you log back in that you use the same email address you used to set up the account.
