i treated myself to a versa today and i have now been trying for an hour to sort out the deezer issue
I can't download to macbook air and i have deezer on my phone but i add music to the playlist but it doesn't sync to versa getting cross to say the least ...help please 😞

@SunsetRunner Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Which phone are you using to sync your Versa? Is it listed as a compatible one? You can try using the Fitbit connect app on your Mac. Some members have stated that they need to add a few songs to their favorites on Deezer (this should also show the Flow playlist on Deezer). Try removing the Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings then restart your phone and restart your Versa by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
Remove the Deezer app from your Fitbit app, sync your Versa then install it again and retry the playlist upload process.
