Can anyone tell me why my Versa won’t sync my Pandora music on my WiFi which is 2g (I know this for a fact) but it will work perfectly fine at another house that also has 2g? I follow the exact same steps and can’t get it to work at my own home!!

 

Anyone else have this issue? I know im

not doing it wrong because I can get it to work. 

 

Any tips?

Is the Versa connected to your WiFi, and plugged into its charger?

I have tried both ways at my house. The only way I can get it to work with Pandora is at someone else’s house across WiFi by the force sync WITHOUT the charger ... but I also have never taken the charger to their house because I know it’ll work across WiFi there.

Force syncing of Pandora can be down through WiFi without a charger. 

At home. if the tracker can connect to your wifi. By simply plug the tracker into its charger. In a few minutes Pandora should start uodating. You don't even have to have the phone nearby .

If the phone is not connected to WiFi.. a force update with Pandora will give you the option to stance through Bluetooth. Well it did for me.

Whenever I plug my versa into the charger it’ll come up with the blue progress line and say pandora is updating but it has never went above 0%. When I unplug it it’ll say the update was interrupted and that whenever I plug it back in it’ll resume. But even if I plug it back in nothing happens. I’ve never gotten it to update with the charger.

How long do you leave it plugged in? It can take 2+ hours to update Pandora.

Never that long! Lol I just charge it while I’m getting ready. It only takes about 45 or so over WiFi! Whenever I’m at the other persons house that is. I will definitely try leaving it plugged in overnight and see if that helps. Thanks!!

I find it can take mine 10-15 minutes before the bar shoes that Pandora is updating.

I left it plugged in from 6am-1pm and nothing happened lol it hates me!
