Hi all,

 

I am having a bit of difficulty getting my phone & the Fitbit to sync.  I've followed all the troubleshooting advice so far (all other Bluetooth devices are off, switched everything off and on again, etc etc) but I just seem to be going around in circles.  My phone doesn't seem to be picking it up from the Bluetooth, although they are paired apparently.  I keep getting back to the set up bit, it'll do a bit of downloading (painfully slow slow doing so), then seems to go back to the beginning again.   I have just bought another Huawei phone (P30 Pro), & having just purchased the FitBit recently too, I really need to make this work somehow!

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @SunsetRunner Huawei phones have always posed some problems. Have a look at THIS Help Article on Compatible Devices. Your phone is not listed as not compatible but some of the Information may help you. Or try THIS on on syncing problems
