Syncing versa 2 to more than one device

Could someone please tell me why I cannot sync my Versa 2 to more than 1 device? I would like to sync to both my mobile phone and laptop, but find I can't.

I don't know why you can't.  I do.  However, if you want to do that, let's say on your computer, you have to turn ON Bluetooth on the computer and turn OFF Bluetooth on the phone.  And vice  versa. And, of course, you have to have the app on both.
