First, your device is not in the list of compatible devices. Second, your tracker has to sync periodically in order for the weather app to work. No phone with you equals no updated weather app info. Lastly, the app by Fitbit only allows you to select locations for a weather report, not Celsius. I do not know whether choosing metric in your profile will change that or not.

I have 2 Versa watches (spouse has one) and both my phones are Samsung J3s' and both work fine with Fitbit applications.
