HI
I am unable to connect with Versa and my mobile handset Samsung S 5.
Samsung S5 is currently running with Android 4.4.2.
I have written to Fitbit and also spoke with Fitbit tech team. No luck as of now.

Welcome to the Forums @Rameshb! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Versa and Support.
I wanted to assure you that we take into consideration all the comments provided by our users to continue improving your experience. If you haven't done so, restart your Versa to make sure is working correctly.
Keep in mind that setup difficulties are usually due to a missing requirement. Take a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? for extra information. Also, double check that you have connected your watch to your Wi-Fi by reviewing the help article How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?
I hope this helps, keep me posted! 🙂

I unpaired my current fitbit devices and removed them from my phone and then uninstalled the fitbit app from my Galaxy S5 and re-installed it. My new Versa paired right away. Hope this helps
