Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Two days ago i bought the new fitbit watch the Versa. I already have a Jaybird in-ear headphone and i want to koppel it with the Versa. I already tried to following the steps that i can find on the site but it is not working. The Versa can not find my ear dops. When i tried it wiht a speaker he wil find it directly. What can i do?

This i already tried:

Steps:

  • unpair every Bluetooth device from your phone (you can add it back later)
  • unpair the Versa in your phone’s Bluetooth settings too
  • Remove the Versa as a device in the Fitbit App
  • Add back the Versa as a device in the Fibit App and go through the setup process
  • Once everything was working fine with the Versa I was able to add back my other Bluetooth devices

Hello @Dorien86, I hope you're doing well, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Please note that the Versa should not have difficulties pairing with any kind of Bluetooth headset but if yours is stuck during the pairing process I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Make sure your headset is fully charged
  3. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth device around that might interfere
  4. If you have your phone around and if you have paired the headset with it, please turn your phone off.

After checking these points, try to connect your headset again:

  1. Start by activating pairing mode on your Bluetooth headphones, speaker, or other audio device.
  2. On your watch, open the Settings app and then scroll down and tap Bluetooth.
  3. Tap + Audio Device. Your watch searches for nearby devices.
  4. When your watch finds nearby Bluetooth audio devices, it shows a list on the screen. Tap the name of the device you want to pair.

Please note that you will need to put your headset in pairing mode:

  1. Turn the buds off
  2. Then Press and hold the power button for more than 4 seconds until you see alternating red/green lights.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
