Syncing

I have a Huwaei p10. I used to sync my fitbit versa to it and everything wa working normally until 2 days ago the sync stoped! I am not able to sync my versa to my phone anymore.

 

Please help me

Unfortunately your phone is not on the Supported devices list . Unsupported phones can work (some do some dont), but because they are unsupported, when something changes (usually an update to phone or tracker) no one is working towards getring it going again. It may or may not come good (Huawei phones seem to be especially problematic with fitbits). Try everything listed in THIS Help Article on fixing syncing issues. Let us know how you go
