Please sort this issue out!

I have tried everything suggested and it still will not work!

Only had the thing a few weeks

 

It will do notifications for a short period after doing every reset under the sun then for no reason will just stop, yes my phone is in distance, no my messages are not open on my phone.....

 

And some times it will do emails and nothing else or just facebook or everything

My feelings......its not fit for purpose and needs recalling.

I'm having the same problem and it's annoying as Bleeep, this should NOT Be a problem to simply sync the watch with the phone. My Cheap Chinese Smart Watch I got from that Wish App had a way more reliable Bluetooth connection and had no sync problems so much so that it was kind of  annoying when it would keep reacting to every notification on my phone.

 

The sync problem has gotten Worse since I first got the watch which synced just fine when I did the first time initial set up and Firmware Update where it told you to keep the watch on the charger the entire time of the set up and update and leave it on there until the battery was fully charged.

So my app is doing the steps and miles...and I enter in my water intake and food intake...but stopped doing my blood pressure and my sleep and my hourly step count. So how is it doing part of it but not all of it?? That sounds crazy. Mine is not a year old...but I'm becoming disillusioned with it. 

It also counts floors when I'm driving.  At first it didn't...it only counted when I literally walked up steps...now I get to work and have 63 floors showing...wth

Similar probs to all of you. Tried all the resets and checks and still not syncing. Very frustrating

I am having the same problem the watch is PERFECT except the fact that my messages will work for half the day and then suddenly stop! Is the issue syncing or what? Should I just return it?
