Since travelling abroad last week my Versa has not synced with the app on the iphone. I have checked the WiFi/bluetooth and all is connected but it still won’t sync. I cannot even change the time on the clock when I select the correct time zone manually. Has anyone got an experience of this and how can I resolve it please?

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know you have already checked your WiFi and Bluetooth connections. Have you restarted your Versa lately by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? If so, I would like to suggest you the following:

Hi, I have had the same issue and thanks for all suggestions but my Fitbit still won’t sync. I have contacted Fitbit help but the wait time for reply is 7 days.
