Temperature tracking not working on new Versa 2

I got my Versa 2 for Christmas and have been wearing it constantly for 4 or 5 days now. It still won't show any temperature information while I sleep. It just says that there is no data and to wear it to bed for 3 nights, which I have definitely done. I am I doing something wrong or do I need to set something up?

It's also not showing info on blood oxygenation too.🤔

I also got mine for Christmas. As soon as I opened it, I charged it to full charge. It's been a couple weeks and it's not catching my sleep some nights, no temp or sp02.

Oh also I have worn it on my non-dominant arm, both facing out and inside my forearm. Same with my dominant arm.

Where is blood oxygenation listed!? I don’t seem to have that option on my Versa 2. But mine is not recording breathing or body temperature, and has not done so a single time. It also sometimes doesn’t record any sleeping at all. Mine was a Christmas present too. This is frustrating!

Just got mine.. It won't record spo2 or temperature.. Anyone ever figure out why? Or what to do?
