Tennis activity showing as sleep time

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Twice now I have logged a 90 minute tennis activity,  which shows correctly that it recorded all the steps, calories, etc. correctly afterwards. But when I look at my sleep log, it is showing me as asleep during those activity times exactly. Makes no sense!

Hello @kwardman, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Since when did you notice your tennis activity was also logged as sleep? Has this issue happened with other exercise activity? At this moment I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. If you're still experiencing this issue after restarting the Versa, let's restart the connection between the app and the watch by setting up the Versa as a new device. Don't worry, none of the information previously recorded will be deleted.

To set up your Versa as a new device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your watch is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your watch and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current watch, please replace it and continue with the process.
  5. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
