Terrible battery Life!!!

  • I am beginning to think I should have bought an Apple watch!  I was really on the fence about getting a new watch and I thought the Versa seemed to foot the bill.  I have noticed the battery life and has been dropping and now it has really dropped off completely.  I hate spending this kind of money and only be able to use a product for a few months.  I have been following the directions on FAQ and have contacted customer support.  I have trip coming up on in a few weeks and was hoping to have it. I have HR Charge to use in the meantime.  I am very disappointed!!!!!

You have done the right thing in contacting Customer Support. My Versa holds charge for several days, which yours should do.

@hawk95  Sometimes poor Versa battery life is due to the Clock Face you are using.  Have you tried choosing another Clock Face?  Perhaps one that's quite simple with no animated elements or the current weather.  Those features consume more Versa battery.
