Text Message Notifications

My notifications will work for days, even weeks, and then they won't work anymore. I'll reboot my phone and that fixes the problem for another day or so but then it's right back to not working. The only thing that gets it working again is to do a factory reset on the watch. I've already done it twice in the last 3 weeks and I feel I shouldn't have to keep resetting the watch in order for a feature to work. Is this a result of the latest update and if so, is there a fix?

I just got the Versa yetsreday have been unsuccessful at any of the help options to make the text messages come through.

all other notifications work EXCEPT text.

I’ve factory rest the watch at least 5 times and done everything to troubleshoot it.

I asked for help through customer support this morning and they had no other options other than the ones I’d already run through countless times.  I was told I would be referred to their Special support team who would email me with other things to try before concluding that I need to send the watch back.  I’m at a loss.

@EClifI too have been having the same problems and had the matter referred to the support team. The email I received was that they are trying their best to fix the situation. I have replied asking if there is an approximate timeframe as to when this will be done, but reading the boards it seems that its been happening for a while now, so Im not holding my breath that its going to be soon. I have heard as well that there are issues relating to text notifications and iphones.

Needless to say, I was very disappointed to open the forum, expecting to
see posts more recent than LAST APRIL 2018???? So this has been an issue
for at least a year now.
I’m going to return my Fitbit and just go with another FitBit product (I’ve
had the Charge 2 and it worked just fine), or buy another brand all
together.
Very disappointing.
