I cannot get notifications on my Versa 2 from my Samsung Galaxy 8+. I have tried all the resets and restarts mentioned in previous Versa foums, but would try anything at this point as my next step is to return it. Please respond specifically about the Versa 2.  Thanks All!

Hi @Kenilynn  I have no experience with the 8+, but I have an S8 and have no problems at all with notifications on my Versa 2. Both phones are supported and both should work. Two suggestions:

Go through THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications.
