Hi. My versa 2 will show whatsapp notifications so my text message notifications are on, but there is no option in Fitbit app to allow me to receive notifications from the default messaging app on my iPhone (iOS 14.4). Literally every other app is available, I know it says once you receive notifications on your phone the app will appear in the list to be selected for Fitbit notifications, but I’ve been receiving iMessages all week and I still don’t have it in my list of options. Any ideas? Thanks

Thank you for the information provided.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next steps:

 

- From your iPhone Settings go to General > Messages > and make sure iMessage is enable

- In addition, in your iPhone Settings > Notifications make sure "Show Previews" is set to "Always".
