My text messages and calls have stopped going to my Versa. I have gone through all the troubleshooting and it won’t work

Reset Versa. Delete app. Delete Versa off Bluetooth. Disable Bluetooth. Put versa on charge, Reinstall app. Turn on Bluetooth set Versa up again.
