I have tried do not disturb and do not disturb off push notifications are enabled and I still am not getting text messages.

While reading your post I was wondering (in case you're an iOS user) if the text messages your Versa 2 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Hi @Ssomolik - make sure the watch is syncing and the Fitbit App is running in background.
Depending on the phone and it's settings, there may be an issue with them and to be sure to double check your Quick Settings (long button press if not reassigned) to make sure that both Sleep and Do not disturb are not enabled.
For a notifications to appear on the watch the notification must appear on the phone status bar and the relevant app must be selected in the Fitbit App settings. See these links which may help
