My text message notifications won’t come through to my Fitbit verse 2- I have checked all notification settings on both my iPhone setting and Fitbit settings and everything is enabled but when I receive a text message they still do not come through to my Fitbit. Bluetooth connection is all fine and working as all other notifications come through fine it’s just text messages. Can anyone help with this please?

Hi @Scsmith162 - if other notifications come through, visit the Notifications and App notifications in the Fitbit App for the  device and correct the settings.

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Scsmith162. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that you're still not receiving text messages on your Versa 2 despite the steps you've tried already. I will do my best to help you with this!

In addition to the great recommendations by @Guy_ and based on the information you've provided, may I know if the text messages you're referring to are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".

Let us know if any of the steps provided do the trick!

@Guy_Thank you for this.  I have been struggling with trying to figure out why I couldn't get notifications either.  The only thing I had to do was turn on the notification center in alerts.  Everything else was fine.
