Text messages are not coming through my Versa 3

I have tried and tried to get notifications on my Fitbit (have an iPhone). Have done everything suggested. Even opened multiple chats. Getting very frustrated. Any other suggestions??

Hi @law3321 - just in case did you swipe your watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure Sleep and Do not disturb are disabled.

 

And in your phone did you set Show Previews Always?

Hi there, @law3321. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try @Guy_'s suggestion. 

On a side note, I was wondering (since you're an iOS user) if the text messages your Versa 3 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
