Text messages not coming through my Versa 2

It has been at least 2-3 weeks that I cannot receive text messages on my Versa 2. I have uninstalled the Fitbit App and restarted my Fitbit to see if that would help but NO it hasn't. It is so frustrating when you can't get messages. I rely on my Fitbit when we are on the motorcycle and I don't want my phone close by. Please fix this feature, I have had my Fitbit less than 6 months and I hate to have to purchase something else.

As I've recommended above, please make sure that your Samsung 21+5g meets the requirements listed here.

If it does, I'd like to know if you're getting any error message in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications not working? If that is the case, please send me the message you receive. 

Last but not least, please follow these troubleshooting steps Why are notifications delayed or missing?

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

 

Also, I'd like to know if by any chance you get any error message in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications not working? If so, please let me know what the message says so I can go from there.
