@CrystalC1983- it would be good to identity which phone you have and the Fitbit App version and watch firmware version.

@CrystalC1983- Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you through the various options and settings.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

Same here. So bummed. These features worked perfectly on my old Fitbit. 😑

I did have it working for a short bit. Then opened up the app to check my sleep pattern the past couple days and now it isn't working again!!! No phone call notifications or text notifications!!! I'm so sick of this! Before I did my phone update, it wasn't this bad at all. I have no clue what to do. I'm so very frustrated!!!!!

@CrystalC1983 - if you suddenly stop getting notifications and the watch is syncing ok, go to the watch Quick Settings and check that sleep or do not disturb isn't accidentally turned on.
To do that, pull down from the top of the as if to see notifications, pull down again and click on the 2 white bars.
If it's not syncing properly you won't get any notifications, so check for why it stop syncing. This can be caused dby battery saving on the phone closing the Fitbit App after a while.
A good place to start though is restarting both the phone and the watch to ensure best working conditions.

I have already done all that. Including restarting phone and watch. I can temporarily get it to work. Hard to explain what I do. I go in the app in the top right under notifications and click on something about a test call thingie. Once I get done toggling the text and phone calls thing on and off then do that test call, it will work temporarily. And then anytime I open the fitbit app, I have to do that all over again. Because anytime I open the fitbit app on my phone, it stops sending notifications to my watch. Idk why it has started this all of a sudden. It's very frustrating.
