Text messages not coming through my Versa 2

I have tried everything but cannot get notifications from messages on my versa 2. I get call notifications and fb messenger notifications but not my text messages?? Any suggestions?

Hi there, @NatPat1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

While reading your post I was wondering if the text messages your Versa 2 is not receiving are iMessages? I have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Thanks. I did everything possible and then randomly started working 2 days after reaching out to the support team so I am good! 🙂
