Just got my versa 2, have an iPhone. I tried everything but still not receiving text msgs. Notifications for my Ring doorbell work, even when phone call comes in but not for incoming text msgs. I tried calling the helpline but was disconnected TWICE.

While reading your post I was wondering (as you have an iOS device) if the text messages your Versa 2 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, please confirm you've followed all tips and recommendations provided here Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
