Text messages not coming through my Versa 3

My text messages from my iPhone 13 do not show up on my Versa 3.  I exhausted all solutions in this forum to no avail.  I spent 45 minutes in a chat session with Fitbit and got text to work, only to find out 30 minutes later it stopped working again.  Help!

Hi there, @norpellc. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. 

While reading your post I was wondering (as you have an iOS device) if the text messages your Versa 3 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Hi @norpellc - a few people are having this problem so it might be a bug in the current version of the Fitbit App.
