Text messages not coming through my Versa 3

I’ve set up my versa 3 which I got today, calls will come through but messages won’t.

 

i have reset my phone, Bluetooth and the device but it’s still not working.

 

any idea

Hi there, @L-f1980. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Are you using an iOS device? The text messages not coming through, are iMessages? If that is the case, try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".

Hi @L-f1980  - you probably need to swipe left edge of the clock face to the right to get to Quick Settings and disable Sleep [moon] and Do not disturb [no entry] icons, and check the others in case any of them also accidentally got changed.

I have the same problem, I'm not getting any calls/texts or messages from social media on my versa3 and its been the same for 2 days... ive tried everything to sort it out that I was advised on the helpline and nothing... any more advice, I'm on an android phone.
